registering these patients , with ID numbers
Initially To perform Cataract
Surgery in order to clear the Backlog in specified
areas of the community. Start with patients in the
Gampaha District and gradually spread round a 50
kilometer radius. This will include the Kegalle
District, the Northern portion of Colombo District,
and the southern Portion of Puttalam District.

Lions Clubs within a Radius of 50Kms. The patients
must be screened and basic tests done prior to referral
